We are an internet marketing company in need of an Office Manager who wants to be part of a great team. This is an ideal position for someone that is driven and is interested in working in the online space.
We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, technically minded, versatile, intelligent, and eager to solve any problems that might arise.
The position is full time and would require you to work from our office in downtown Manhattan so you must be local to the New York area.
The growth path for this position could lead into being a part of our business development team.
Your duties will include; internet research, answering phones, updating spread sheet data, filing, faxing, and anything you can do to help the office run smoothly.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years similar office experience required
• Familiarity with online advertising – affiliate management, display advertising, viral marketing
• CPC / Sponsored Search management (Google Adwords etc.)
• A positive and eager attitude
• Must be fluent with Microsoft programs. (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc..)
• Must have excellent phone manner.
• Possess the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work efficiently in a group or independently
• Excellent interpersonal and online communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
Key responsibilities:
• Assist in all aspects of internet marketing
• Review and confirm accuracy of marketing materials
• Reporting – detailed margin tracking reports. Quantitative analysis of weekly metrics
• Internet research / monitoring
• Sponsored search management
• Assist in the management of 3rd party marketing agencies
• Coordinate and assist with additional marketing initiatives
• Assist in media planning, tracking & reporting
